Happy New Year!
I hope everybody had a great Holiday Season!  2007 is bringing some changes.  Bill, the sound guy, and Dennis, the light guy, are taking time off off to spend with family and friends.  I want to thank them for all their hard work.
Mike, our original keyboard player, has been doing some shows with us recently.  Mike also plays with the band Crow.  In 2007 he will be sitting in with us when it doesn't conflict with Crow gigs. 
We are still looking for a drummer and now we are looking for a sound guy and a light guy, too.  Some things never change!
I had a blast on my birthday!!!!!! (Dec. 23rd at the Pondy) There were some surprises and a lot of friends showed up.....look for the pics!

Hi everybody!!  Hope everyone had a good summer and thank you to all who came out and supported us over the summer.  Some of you have noticed that Kurt hasn't written anything in Jammers Corner for a while.  I thought I (Webmaster) would step in and write you all a short note to keep people in the loop (and I'm getting tired of waiting on Kurt to write something). 
Porkchop and Ronnie Z have unfortunately parted company so Kurt and Dan are presently looking for a permanent drummer once again.  We all wish Ronnie Z the best.
Coming up on Sunday October 15th, there is a benefit for Raychel Sherman at Club Array (used to be Main Event) in Fridley on University just north of Osbourne Rd.  Come out and support a worthy cause.  Scheduled to appear are Crow, The Dweebs, Porkchop, Shaky Jake, and Joey Molland from Badfinger.  It looks like it will be a lot of fun for all in attendance.

Hi everybody - Kurt Chop here.
It looks like the drum search is over!  The guys and I are excited to work with Ronnie Z in the drum chair. 
May  7th, at the Minnesota Music Cafe,  is the benefit for Mark Koon.   We are playing at 11 PM, check out schedule link for more info.
Mike the stage tech is going to be leaving.  He's been putting up with me for 6 years!  It will be hard to replace him and he will be missed.
Looks like we will be back at Whiskey for some Sundays this Summer - tentatively to start in May.
I fired up my bike today!!!  As soon as I get the rest of it out of the box, I'll be ready to ride!

Hi everybody!  Well, Winter has decided to show up here in Minnesota.  Oh Well!
We've confirmed a few new shows for Summer - check the calendar for info.  There's a benefit in the works for my good friend - Mark Koon.  He's one of the driving forces of the Chili Feed ( St Croix Valley Riders).  The date will be May 7th, Sunday, at the Minnesota Music Cafe.
We're working on the line up, but Porkchop will definitely be there.
Dan and I are continuing the search to fill the elusive drum seat.
Spring will be here before you know it....think warm thoughts!!!

Happy New Year from Porkchop!
I hope everybody had a good holiday season.  2005 was a good year.
Unfortunately, we lost a few friends and they will be missed.  We are gearing up for a good summer in 2006.  Alot of cool shows are in the works.  In February we are taking some time to relax; some of us are taking vacations, Dan and I are going to lock down a new drummer. People have sent us pictures and stories from past shows that we will soon be posting  to share with everyone. We will be updating this page often with information, pictures, and stories.  We had to upgrade the server due to all the traffic from  people downloading and listening to our music.  That's pretty cool!  I'd like to tell you that we are working on new songs, but you wouldn't believe me anyway!!!
